Ronda Council is also suffering from a lack of funds which means that the budget for this year’s feria from August 30th to September 4th will be around 50% less than last year.
The Council wants to maintain the same spirit and atmosphere for the Feria y Fiestas de Pedro Romero but some events will suffer as a result of spending cuts. There will, for example, be no fireworks or live music concerts at this year’s event and the size of the municipal marquee will be reduced.
Last year, the feria celebrations cost €350,000.
