A 41 year old woman, initials S.G.C., died on Tuesday morning at her home in Puebla de Vícar (Almería) after being stabbed, allegedly by her husband.
The incident occurred at 09:340 on Tuesday morning. The husband, aged 43 years, is now in custody on suspicion of murder.
The couple have a 13 year old daughter. There is apparently a previous history of domestic abuse within the family. If confirmed as a case of domestic violence, this will be the fourth such case in Almeria so far this year.
