Police have arrested a man on suspicion of causing the death of a 15 year old Moroccan youth whose body was found on Monday at the side of the road between Marbella and Ronda.
The detainee owns a farm near the site where the body was discovered and apparently, during police questioning, he admitted being the perpetrator of the crime. He is also reported as stating that the reason for shooting the youth with a shotgun was that he was ‘fed up with being robbed’.
The victim, 15 year old T.A., a Moroccan national, had a prior criminal record.
