The matador Juan José Padilla has left the Hospital Miguel Servet in Zaragoza and will seek further treatment at the prestigious Fernández-Vega Eye Clinic in Oviedo.
Juan José Padilla suffered a serious goring on October 7th in Zaragoza, the bull’s horn piercing his face and severely affecting his left eye, jaw, cheekbone and nose.
The great concern of the bullfighter and physicians is that he may ultimately be unable to recover the functionality of the eye.
