Alhaurín de la Torre has its first ‘public parking’ (paid) area located below the health centre (Centro de Salud), which is designed to alleviate the shortage of parking in the municipality.
There are 90 places, of which half will be for residents and the other half will be on rotation.
Charges:
In the first hour, €0.20 per minute.
From the second hour, €1.20 per hour.
Monthly fees are:
From 20:00 to 08:00 is €25 per month
From 08:00 to 15:00 is €25 per month
24 hour parking for residents is €50 per month
A second paid parking area with 171 spaces is being constructed in urbanisation La Torre at a cost of €2.4 million, financing being through state funds.
