One of the two people arrested on Friday in connection with the death of 59 year old Juan Miguel Ligero, a baker from Rociana del Condado, Huelva, is a minor and has now been handed over to the Juvenile Court on charges of intentional homicide.
The body of Juan Miguel Ligero was found at 12:45 on Thursday at the side of the road just hours after he had been reported missing by family.
The autopsy revealed that Juan Miguel Ligero died from a stab wound to the heart and had also suffered a post mortem blow to the head.
The second detainee is accused of being an accomplice, helping to conceal the crime. After being charged he was released on bail.
