Snow in the Sierra Nevadas in recent days has ensured that the ski station will almost certainly open as planned on November 26th, with between 25 and 30 cms of snow having accumulated on the middle and upper areas.
Cetursa, the company managing the ski station, have also been operating 56 snow cannons to create artificial snow on many of the slopes.
