National Police officers in Málaga have arrested a 49 year old man on suspicion of involvement in the stabbing of his brother.
The incident occurred on Thursday at 20:00 in plaza de la Biznaga in the Los Palomares district of Málaga. Also arrested was a woman who accompanied the suspect.
The victim was taken to hospital with stab wounds to the torso. It is thought that the motive for the fight was a family feud.
There have been several knife attacks in Málaga in recent days. A 75 year old man suffered a cut to the scalp and a 42 year old man suffered several stab wounds, including one in the chest, in avenida de Velázquez.
