The Christmas festive season is a time when many businesses, as well as individuals, celebrate with special lunches, dinners or parties and this automatically means an increase in police alcohol controls.
Fuengirola has already announced it is to intensify alcohol controls on all main roads, avenues, busy streets and around the promenade and many of the random controls will be carried out by Local Police officers.
The message is clear, don’t drink and drive.
