The young shepherds of Santa Cecilia, composed mostly of students from the Municipal School of Music, have begun wandering the streets of Nerja singing carols.
Yesterday they started from the Nerja Cultural Centre and ended up in Plaza Cantarero where the local merchants at the top of calle Pintada installed a table laden with goodies and Christmas bits and bobs.
The Santa Cecilia carol singers will next go out on December 27th and 29th and then again on January 2nd and 4th.
