A 14 year old boy who suffered serious carbon monoxide poisoning during a fire on Wednesday in Toledo died in hospital on Saturday evening.
The fire occurred at 02:30 on Wednesday morning on the third floor of an apartment block in calle Río Puentesecas in the Santa María de Benquerencia district of Toldedo. The boy was rushed to hospital in a serious condition.
His sister, also injured in the fire, is in a serious condition in the ICU but is said to be stable. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
