Police in Marbella are investigating the death early this morning of a 33 year old Ecuadorian man.
At 01:20, a member of the public informed the authorities that a man was seriously injured near the Cabopino exit on the A-7.
Medics arrived on the scene but could do nothing to save the life of the man who had suffered several stab wounds.
