Vélez-Málaga Council has announced its intention to turn the iglesia de San Juan tower into an interpretive centre.
The aim is to provide a history of the parish as well as permitting visits to the clock room and panoramas from the steeple. The tower would be divided into several levels.
The intention is to carry out the project under the Urban Initiative ‘De Toda la Villa’.
