The National Police in Ferrol are searching for the former boyfriend of 28 year old I.G.B. who was stabbed to death on Monday night at her home in Xuvia, Narón.
The incident occurred yesterday afternoon in the doorway of the building in calle San Roque. The girl apparently returned home where she found her former boyfriend waiting in the street.
Neighbours heard screams at around 15:30 and two of them tried to stem the blood flow from a neck wound. However, all attempts were unsuccessful and the woman died on the street.
The former boyfriend, now being sought as the alleged perpetrator of the fatal stabbing, has been described as a ‘sinister character’ with a history of drug possession.
