A pedestrian was killed this morning in Algarrobo Costa after being hit by a delivery truck.
The incident occurred at around 11:00 on a level with calle Velero on a service road parallel to the N-340 where construction of a roundabout is in progress. According to witness, the pedestrian was crossing the road when hit by a reversing lorry, suggesting that the driver was unaware of his presence.
