The Mayor of Los Barrios, Cádiz, Jorge Romero (PA), has announced that the Council will now pay €1,000 of the municipal payroll for May 2012, with the remainder of the May payroll being paid next Monday. Do Councillors, Mayors and other officials also suffer the same fate in such circumstances?
