An industrial accident at around midday on Wednesday in Isla Cristina, Huelva, has claimed the life of a 35 year old man.
The man, a professional, was working on piping in a trench when it collapsed on top of him. He was rescued by members of the Emergency Services but they could do nothing to save his life.
The site where the accident occurred is on the road between Pozo del Camino and La Redondela. The deceased was a native of Utrera, Sevilla, but living in Villablanca, Huelva. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
