At the plenary session on Friday November 9th, the Council will debate a motion proposing that the municipality joins the list of those leaving FAMP, the Federation of Municipalities and Provinces in Andalucia.
The main objection put forward by those revoking their membership is that the PSOE, who control just 25% of the municipalities compared to 65% controlled by the PP, are continuing to dominate the organisation to the detriment of the majority of Andalucians.
