Saturday saw the start in Nerja of the X Provincial Cross Country Circuit with the X Popular Athletics Meeting ‘ Paco Gallardo Trophy’ with medals being awarded to the first three finishers in each category. This is the first of seven meetings on the circuit, the next ones being in Vélez Málaga, Arriate, Mijas, Benalmádena, Marbella and Ronda.
