In Granada, a 40 year old man has died from severe gastroenteritis after an outbreak affecting 42 people at a home for the intellectually disabled.
Most of the those affected only suffered mild symptoms and have recovered but one workers at the centre remains hospitalised.
Public Health officials are investigating the possibility of toxic infection of meals served at the residence at the weekend and an autopsy is being carried out on the man who died.
