Two Moroccan youths at the Nuestra Señora de la Cabeza juvenile centre in Linares, Jaén, were injured on Saturday afternoon during a knife fight at the facility.
The incident occurred shortly after 16:00 at the facility in calle Doctor and the two youths, aged 16 years and 17 years, both required hospital treatment.
One suffered a wound to the head, the other a wound to the leg which required immediate surgery. Police are investigating the incident.
