Now that doesn’t happen very often, a 2-1 scoreline with all goals coming in the second half and all the result of penalty kicks. But it is exactly what happened in the Copa del Rey semi-final first leg match between Atlético Madrid and Sevilla.
Diego Costa was the first to convert a penalty kick for Atlético after only a few minutes of the second half. Negredo equalised from the spot for Sevilla and another spot kick from Diego Costa sealed the win for the home side and gives them a slender advantage going into the second leg.
