The badly decomposed body of a man was found floating in the rio Guadalquivir in Córdoba on Saturday afternoon.
At around 14:40 on Saturday afternoon, passers by spotted what appeared to be a body floating in the river near the Andalucia Bridge in Córdoba and alerted the authorities.
The body was very badly decomposed and DNA samples have been taken to try and ascertain details about the deceased, believed to be a male.
