Mijas Council is finalising the administrative procedures for the installation of a new weekly market in El Juncal.
Following a meeting of the market evaluation committee, a provisional list of 150 interested parties has been prepared. In two weeks time this will be posted in the Official Gazette (BOP) and the market could be operational by the end of April or early May.
There will be 25 licences available and the market will take place every Friday from 09:00 to 14:00.
