Two men died and a woman was seriously injured on Saturday in a domestic shooting incident in the town of Ponferrada, León.
The incident occurred early on Saturday morning in Avenida de Galicia. A 54 year old man, identified as A.R.H., shot a 31 year old woman and her current partner, 31 year old J.P.H., while they were sitting in a parked car.
A.R.H. had apparently maintained a relationship with the woman in the past and was the subject of a restraining order. He then fled to Espinosa de Compludo where he took his own life, shooting himself in the head.
The woman is in a serious condition in hospital.
