Around thirty residents of an apartment block on the Paseo Jesús Santos Rein in Fuengirola had to be evacuated from their homes on Tuesday afternoon after fire broke out in a second floor home.
The incident occurred at around 17:00 on Tuesday afternoon. The thick smoke necessitated the evacuation of the residents as a precautionary measure. The residents were allowed to return to their homes after about an hour. No-one was injured in the fire.
