Police in Almeria have arrested the two sons and son-in-law of a 65-year-old man whose body was found at his home in El Puche. The body was said to be in a ‘deplorable’ state due to neglect and abandonment.
The body was found at the home in calle Romances where the detainees were also registered as living. Despite there being no apparent outward signs of violence, the medical services would not certify the death due to the deplorable and neglected state of the body and an autopsy was ordered.
The scene was extensively checked and photographed by forensic experts before the body was removed.
Once the autopsy had been carried out, a judge ordered the detention of the two sons and the son-in-law.
