With the EU inspectors safely out of the way, a fishing vessel from La Linea de la Concepción claims to have been approached by a patrol boat from the Gibraltar Police and told to ‘stop fishing’.
The fishing vessel claims to have been in an area near the Cepsa refinery, some distance from the Rock, when it was approached.
In another reported incident the fishing vessel ‘Divina Providencia’ was stopped and documents checked although they continued to fish in the area.
