The body of a man was found this morning in the central reservation of the A-7 near the Trade Fair and Congress Centre.
An individual alerted the authorities to report that someone appeared to be asleep in the middle of the highway. National Police and Guardia Civil patrols were sent to investigate and they discovered that the individual was dead.
An initial investigation showed that, in principle, the body did not show the signs associated with involvement in a road traffic accident. Suicide has not been ruled out due to the proximity of the bridge in avenida José Ortega y Gasset.
