A 51-year-old man and a child were rescued early on Tuesday morning from their balcony after fire broke out at a home in Mijas.
The fire was reported at 04:10 on Tuesday morning at a house in calle Tramontana, Mijas. The child was treated at the scene but the man was taken to the Costa del Sol District Hospital in Marbella suffering from smoke inhalation.
