A man was shot dead on Monday morning as he drove his three young children to school in Marbella in what is thought to be a settling of scores.
The man, a French-Algerian national, had just crossed calle Sierra de Cazorla in urbanisation Lomas in Marbella when he was shot several times. In the vehicle were his three children aged 3, 9 and 10 years.
Medics could do nothing to revive the man. The children were given psychological counselling after the incident which happened just after 09:00.
