Two minors who recorded another boy beating someone up in the doorway of a house in Turre, Almeria, have been arrested.
The attacker, identified as a thirteen-year-old youth, cannot be legally charged due to his age, but the two who recorded the incident on their mobile phones and then distributed the images via messaging services have been arrested and charged with failing to offer assistance.
The two youths have been remanded in the custody of their parents until they appear in court. The parents of the victim have made no official complaint.
