The National Police have arrested four people and seized 146 marijuana plants following the discovery of a plantation in Benamocarra.
Police officers were inspecting a junkyard when they noticed a ventilation outlet and heard what sounded like a fan in the adjoining warehouse.
Further investigation led to the discovery of the plantation, hidden behind a false wall in the warehouse. Police also seized fans, lamps, five electricityl transformers and bags of fertisier.
The detainees are Spanish nationals aged between 25 and 42 yearsand they have been charged with crimes against public health.
