Workers at the municipal cleaning company in Lugo have approved a draft agreement which will see an end to their 59 day strike.
The municipal company Urbaser and unions have reached a draft agreement to end the strike and will result in the signing of a new four-year collective agreement.
Amongst the items included in the draft agreement are a salary increase of 60% of the CPI for this year, a new €100 bonus for this year, €150 for 2015, €200 in 2016 and €450 in 2017 and the cancellation of the dismissal of eleven striking workers.
