Two people died on Friday afternoon in a fire at El Nogalito farm in Cumbres de San Bartolomé, Huelva.
The fire was reported just before seven o’clock on Friday at the farm, located at km 10 on the HU-9103 between Encinasola and Jabugo.
The deceased were father and daughter, aged 50 and 17 years respectively, who were apparently performing cleaning duties in the house. It is thought that an explosion may have occurred due to the use of paint and petrol in close proximity to a heat source, and this caused the fire.
