Four injured after warehouse ceiling collapses

Four people were injured on Thursday afternoon in Villarrasa, Huelva, when part of an agricultural warehouse collapsed.

The men were constructing a new platform at a height of around four metres when, for reasons as yet unknown, it collapsed. One of the men received a severe blow to the head and had to be airlifted to the Virgen del Rocio hospital in Sevilla.

The other three suffered various fractures and contusions, two being taken to the Infanta Elena hospital and one to the Juan Ramón Jiménez hospital in Huelva.

The incident occurred at around 12:05 on Thursday.
