Could it be what everyone has been waiting for? The town of Benalauría, population 500, produces a number of flavours of marmalades and jams but there is now a new one.
The eclological cooperative La Molienda Verde already produces peach, strawberry and kiwi, fig with date, tomato, mango, tangerine and red pepper jams to name but a few, but has now added gin and tonic flavour.
The new flavour was launched at the Crafts Fairs in Torremolinos and Benalauría.
