An eleven-year-old boy was injured on Tuesday morning following a fire at the family home in La Puebla del Rio, Sevilla.
The fire occurred at 06:00 at the home in calle Vereda de la Carne and the boy suffered burns to his feet. He was taken to the Virgen del Rocio hospital in Sevilla for treatment. The fire affected one room of the house although smoke became a problem throughout the building.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
