The Council is launching a campaign in the local colleges to train, sensitize and educate young people about equality and gender violence.
The Council will set up an office of the Information Centre for Women in the IES Sierra Almijara and IES Chaparil. These officers will operate two days per month to guide students.
On March 8th, to coincide with International Women’s Day, workshops will be held in the two schools to educate young people about gender inequality.
