The Council has approved a project to stabilise the north and south facades of the derelict La Maquinilla mill on the rio Chillar riverbed.
The project is set to cost €45,788.74. The exterior of the building has suffered over the years due to meteorological conditions. The interior is just a wreck and is often filled with rubbish bags.
