On Monday, March 30, at 12 noon, the foundation stone for the new Fire Station in Nerja will be laid, with help form the mayor, José Alberto Armijo, and the president of the Provincial Council, Elijah Bendodo.
The event will take place on the land that the Council planned for way back in 2008. It has an area of 3631 m2 and is located on the access road to the motorway, close to the new funeral parlor. The total cost of the build will amount to an estimated 1.158.696,62 euros and will be carried out by the SANDO construction company. Funds will be supplied by local and regional government.
