Nerja’s town council approved unanimously two motions that request the Junta de Andalusia to increase the staff at the Nerja Health Centre and also for the outpatient surgery in Maro to recover the three days set for consultation appointments, as before.
The first motion, by the Popular Party, which had already been approved in a previous meeting of the Board, requested to recover one doctor’s job opening at the Health Center in Nerja. The doctor’s position was eliminated some time back when the former physician was transferred.
