The Town Hall has given the green light for the completion of a new building that will be the future base for the local government centre for Operative Services (Centro de Sevicios Operativos).
A structure had been built last year in order to house the Centro de Inserción y Formación Laboral but due to lack of funding from regional government, the project was shelved. This same structure will now be finished off to a completion for a total amount of around €150,000.
The Council’s Carpentry, Electrics and Plumbing outfit will be based from this new building, once it is completed.
