From Qurtuba to Narixa without leaving current Nerja

The artist, Paco Melero combines the technique of pyrography with his personal fascination for geometry that is both fresh and intuitive, that delves into the continuous past of Andalusia adding hints of another technique called Guadameci Omeya.

These elaborate pieces of art imitate a beautiful combination of old and new architecture from Andalusia’s rich history, its infinite designs and subtle tones, with the constancy and precision of a needle point.

Linking Cordobe´s lands of Arab Legacy with “The Gardens of Humanity” recreates the fleeing of the Al-Idrisi and captures the aromas of the present and the essence that endures time.
