Nerja Town Council is going to install six recharging points for electric vehicles, which will be located on the Balcón de Europa and in Burriana car parks, as well as in other parts of the town.
The cost of the project is 83,127 euros, of which 40% will be provided by the Andalusian Regional Government through a grant for incentives to improve energy efficiency in transport.
Councillor Gema García, states that “We understand that we must modernise the town’ s facilities, in this case the car parks, which must provide all possible services, so we will try to make them available to residents and visitors as soon as possible”, the councillor concluded.
