Tapas bar with terrace on the Plaza Balcón de Europa in the centre of Nerja. Well laid out, nice interior decor and good service.
Tapas are sold separately at €1.00 although you do get a little ‘nibble’ with your beer.

This is a very nice place crowded with both tourists and locals. And the food is good, too. The place is run by a friendly, young, spanish couple, however, their english is excellent. Nice Andalucian photos decorate the bar. Best bar at the balcon!

This new tapas bar near the Balcon is in my opinion one of the best in Nerja, the owners and waiter offer a very good service providing superb tapas and excellent wine. Considering the prime position the prices are very reasonable. Please try this at least once in your visit to Nerja you will not be disappointed.

We often frequented the owners previous bar/restaurant whilst on our annual November visit to Nerja and hoped their new venture would be as good. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent. The prices are good value, especially for the balcon. The owners are lovely friendly people and although we only visit for one week a year, we are always remembered. Hope you enjoyed your well-earned holiday!

Visited ‘Dona Lola’ three times when on Holiday in Nerja. Tapas was limited but very nice.The Host’s were
very friendly and spoke good English. Tapas, Wine and Coffee was Great so well worth a visit.

Warm and nice atmosphere. Good mix of locals and tourists. Very good food and tapas. They seem to have a fixed meny + a blackboard with todays specials. The wine list is small but contains a good variety of styles and price levels.
We only been here once but will definitly return. Could be a future favorite both for tapas and lunch/dinner. The price level is lower than average considering the location.

Mariposa was the first time we met a young spanish couple,every time in Nerja we payed avisit,thento find through a friend they,d moved to DONA LOLA ,they work so hard good food and wine ,order as much tapas as you want Sonia is only to happy to please very good value.
