One of the two cyclists killed this morning near Los Palacios, Sevilla, was the 63-year-old president of the Asociación de Industrias Químicas y Básicas (AIQB) in Huelva. The driver of the car has been detained on charges of crimes against road safety, and for not having either a valid driving licence or any insurance.
