The 21 year old driver of the vehicle involved in a head-on collision which claimed the lives of two cyclists in Campillos on Sunday has been arrested after being found to be over the maximum alcohol limit.
The accident occurred at 11:11 at km 108,800 on the A-384 between Campillos and Antequera when a car was in a head-on collision with two cyclists. The road is two-way traffic.
The two cyclists who died were aged 34 years and 55 years. The driver of the vehicle was treated at the local Health Centre for an anxiety attack before being arrested.
