A 42 year old Málaga woman has been arrested and charged with temporary abandonment of her children and a crime against road safety after being found to be driving whilst over the alcohol limit and with her two young children in the back of her car.
Free petrol for testing negative for alcohol in Vélez-Málaga
Vélez-Málaga Council has launched a campaign to prevent drinking and driving which, amongst other things, sees free petrol for people who test negative for alcohol.
Benalmádena police increase alcohol controls
The festive season is upon us, a time of office parties, celebration drinks and company meals, and the Benalmádena police have already begun to carry out more alcohol controls on motorists as part of the DGT ‘Don’t Drink and Drive’ campaign.
