Granada Council has removed the statue dedicated to José Antonio Primo de Rivera from plaza de Bibataubín, complying with a ruling by the Superior Court of Justice of Andaluca (TSJA) from last April.
New Civil War graves discovered in Torrox
The first conference relating to the Historical Memory held in Torrox at the weekend was attended by almost 200 people, many of them relatives of people who died during the Spanish Civil War. The conference was also attended by historians, and the exchange of information between themselves and the relatives led to the surprising discovery of two new mass graves.
